A2P 10DLC Campaign Vetting Delays: Twilio cannot approve 10DLC Campaigns ourselves, and must rely on third parties who control our connections to carriers to sign off. These external processes are creating several week delays for our customers. We continue to escalate these issues and are working to reduce delays wherever possible. Changing your Free Trial phone number

Yes, if you would like to replace the free phone number associated with your trial project, you can by following these steps:

  1. Release your current number.
  2. Once you have released your current number, you can get a new number through the Buy a Number page.
