Deleting a credit card or a payment method from your Twilio project

Adding a payment method is required when upgrading a Twilio project, but this can be deleted at any time. You can have multiple payment methods stored on your account, consisting of both credit cards and Paypal accounts.

  1. Access the Payment Methods page in Console. 
  2. Click the DETAILS link next to the desired payment method.
  3. Click Delete this payment method.
  4. A confirmation window will be displayed. Click Yes, delete this payment method to process the deletion.                                           Screen_Shot_2021-07-22_at_5.01.54_PM.png
