How can I see the discounts applied to my bill?
You can see the effect of the Impact Access Program discounts in Twilio Console on your bill either by viewing real-time product usage for estimated costs, or monthly invoices for historical actual costs.
How do Impact Access Program discounts interact with automatic volume-based discounts?
Impact Access Program discounts “stack” on top of available automatic volume-based discounts.
For instance, SMS volume discounts are available in some countries like the U.S. The Impact Access 25% discount for the United States will be applied on top of the volume-based rate.
The 150,001st outbound SMS in the US has a list price of $0.0077*. Therefore, the final unit price for an Impact Access Program member is $0.0077 * .75 = $.0058 per message.
*List price as of November 2024 and are subject to change. See here for latest SMS pricing.
