Why Am I Unable to Add Destinations Due to Workspace Limit Errors?

Why am I unable to add a new destination in Segment and receiving a message that the maximum number of destinations has been reached?

Answer

You can connect a source to up to 25 instances of a destination if all instances use cloud-mode. Cloud-mode destinations receive data directly from Segment servers. If you reach this limit, you must remove an existing destination or create a new source to add more cloud-mode destinations.
