Why Cannot I Select Specific Destinations in Segment Engage Journeys?

Why am I unable to select certain destinations when configuring a Journey in Segment Engage? Some destinations do not appear as options during setup.

Answer

Not all destinations are supported for use with Segment Engage Journeys. Only a specific subset of destinations are compatible. While most action destinations are supported, classic destinations are not. If a destination does not appear as an option during Journey setup, it is not supported for Journey event delivery.
