Answer

By default, all Segment workspaces across Free, Team, and Business plans are created and hosted in Oregon, United States.

Customers on the Business tier have the option to set up or host their workspaces in the EU via Regional Segment. Free and Team plans do not support EU workspace hosting; customers requiring EU data residency must upgrade to the Business tier to enable Regional Segment.
