Can a Segment Source Transfer From US to EU Capture Debugger Events?

Can I transfer a Segment source from a US workspace to an EU workspace and expect events to be captured in the debugger?

Answer

Transferring sources between US and EU Segment workspaces is not supported. While the UI may allow the transfer, the source will not function as expected and events will not be captured properly. The recommended approach is to re-create the source in the EU workspace.

 

Additional Information 

Cross-region source migration is not supported for Segment workspaces. For reliable event tracking, always create a new source in the target workspace.
