How can I update a user's email address in Iterable if I am using Segment? Is it possible to update the email through a standard Segment identify call?

Updating a user's email address in Iterable cannot be accomplished through a standard Segment identify call. To update a user's email in Iterable, you must use Iterable's updateEmail API endpoint directly. This operation must be performed outside of Segment. As a workaround, you can use a Segment destination function to call the Iterable API and update the user's email address.
