Product

Segment

Environment

Segment Console

User Account Permission/Role(s) Required

Workspace Owner

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Segment Console using an account with administrative privileges.
  2. Navigate to the workspace’s Advanced Settings page.
  3. Locate the “Require SSO” option.
  4. Toggle the setting to require SSO for all users.
  5. Save the changes.

Additional Information

If SSO is not required, users can still log in with a username and password. Segment also supports SSO exceptions for specific members if needed. For more details, refer to Segment’s official documentation on SSO configuration.
