To sync a computed trait from Segment Engage to the Klaviyo (Actions) destination, ensure that the Klaviyo (Actions) destination is connected to your Engage audience. Computed traits are sent to event destinations using Identify or Track calls, depending on the trait type and destination configuration. For user-level computed traits, Segment sends an Identify call with the trait name and value. For account-level computed traits, Segment can send either a Group call or an Identify call for each user in the account. Only event destinations are compatible with computed traits.
