Issue
You are seeing a [⚠️ No recent data] warning badge at the top of a destination's Delivery Overview tab, but the metrics and Delivery Trends graph clearly show that events are being successfully delivered. Hovering over the warning displays the tooltip: "Destination was created recently - delivery data may not match events received for all date ranges."

Cause
The Delivery Overview tool allows users to specify a time period to review data, with a maximum historical lookback window of up to two weeks (14 days). When a new cloud-mode destination is activated, it has not yet gathered enough historical data to fill this entire 14-day window.
Segment automatically displays this warning badge to prevent confusion during a destination's first two weeks. If a user selects the full two-week view, the connected source will show 14 days of ingested events, but the destination will only show successful deliveries starting from its creation date. The badge serves as a reminder of this expected discrepancy. There is no minimum event volume threshold required to remove the notification.
Resolution
No technical troubleshooting or configuration changes are required to remove this warning.
- Review the "Events Delivered" metrics and the Delivery Trends graph on the Delivery Overview page. If these show successful deliveries, your data pipeline is healthy and operating as expected.
- Allow the destination to remain active. The warning badge should automatically disappear on its own once the destination has been enabled for more than 14 days, as it will have surpassed the Delivery Overview's maximum historical lookback window.
Additional Information
Please note that the Delivery Overview page and its associated metrics are only available for cloud-mode (server-side) destinations. Client-side (device-mode) destinations send data directly from the user's device to the destination tool's API, meaning Segment cannot report on their deliverability in this dashboard.
