Answer

The default user session duration for a Segment Team Member is 7 days. However, if a Team Member belongs to a HIPAA-eligible workspace, a 15-minute user session limit applies across all workspaces accessed under that login.

If you belong to a HIPAA-eligible workspace but need to access a non-HIPAA workspace with the standard 7-day session duration, register a separate login using an email alias (such as name+workspace@gmail.com) specifically for your non-HIPAA workspace access.
