Answer

No, establishing a PrivateLink connection between Segment and Snowflake in the AWS ca_central1 region is not currently supported. Segment’s PrivateLink integration is limited to specific AWS regions, such as us-east-1, us-east-2, us-west-2, and eu-west-1. For other regions, including ca_central1, alternative secure connection methods must be used.
