Objective

Use this article to create a folder on the Audiences page in Segment Engage so you can organize audiences within your space.

Procedure

1. In your Segment space, go to the Audiences tab.
2. Click Create, then select Folder from the dropdown menu.
3. Enter a unique name for the folder, then click Add Audiences.
4. Search for and select the audience or audiences that you want to add to the folder.
5. Click Add Audiences to confirm and create the new folder.

Additional Information

• Folders let you group Audiences together, and you can create, edit, and search folders directly from the Engage Audiences page.
• If you later disband a folder, the audiences return to the main Audience list and are not deleted.
