No, it is not currently possible to programmatically update or rotate the OAuth secret for a Databricks connection using the Segment Public API. The API only allows modification of certain configuration fields such as catalog, password, client_id, workspace_url, sql_warehouse_id, and sql_warehouse_port. Direct updates to backend OAuth secrets are not supported through the API.
Additional Information
Feature requests for additional API support can be submitted for consideration by the Product team. For now, secret rotation must be performed manually through the Segment Console.
