How can I update the billing contact email for my Segment workspace?

If you're on a self-service subscription (monthly Team plan), you can update your billing contact email directly from the Segment workspace.
To update the billing email:
- Go to Settings.
- Select Workspace Settings.
- Open the General Settings tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Update the Billing Email field.
Only one email address can be entered in the Billing Email field. Future invoices and billing notifications will be sent to this email address.
If you're on an invoiced Business plan, billing contacts cannot be updated from the Segment workspace. Please contact the AR team at ar@segment.com for assistance with updating your billing contacts.
