No, once a Reverse ETL model is deleted in Segment, it cannot be recovered or restored. The configuration and associated settings are permanently removed from the workspace.

Additional Information

To recreate the pipeline, a new model must be configured from scratch. Any previously loaded data will not be restored automatically.
