Environment
Segment Console
Answer
Segment's status page shows the real-time and historical health of the Segment platform. It includes:
- Component status: Individual services (such as the Tracking API, Web Interface, Analytics.js CDN, Streaming Destinations, Cloud Sources, Warehouses, Engage, Reverse ETL, Linked Events, and Linked Audiences) are most often split by US and EU regions. Each is shown as Operational, Degraded Performance, Partial Outage, Major Outage, or Maintenance, along with a 90-day uptime history.
- Past Incidents log: Incidents are listed day by day, each with a description and an update timeline (Investigating, Identified, Monitoring, Resolved).
- System metrics: This includes Tracking API latency, destination delivery latency, and profile API response time.
You can subscribe to get notified automatically whenever an incident is created, updated, or resolved, instead of checking the page manually. Subscription options include email, SMS, and RSS/Atom feed, available from the top of the status page.
