Install Attributed events may not appear if the region setting in the Adjust dashboard does not match the Segment workspace region, or if both the native Adjust SDK and the Segment-Adjust Device Mode plugin are implemented in the app. To resolve this, ensure the Adjust region matches your Segment workspace region and check the Adjust SDK implementation method.

Additional Information 

Conflicting SDK implementations or mismatched region settings can prevent attribution events from being delivered to Segment.
