The monthly Team plan includes 10,000 Monthly Tracked Users (MTUs) for a base fee of $120 USD per month.

If your workspace exceeds the included 10,000 MTUs during a billing period, overage charges are billed using tiered pricing:

  • $120/month base fee (includes the first 10,000 MTUs)
  • $12 per 1,000 MTUs for usage between 10,001 and 25,000 MTUs
  • $11 per 1,000 MTUs for usage between 25,001 and 100,000 MTUs
  • $10 per 1,000 MTUs for usage over 100,000 MTUs

For example, if your workspace is on a monthly Team plan and records 50,000 MTUs in a month, your total monthly charge would be $575, calculated as follows:

Next 15,000 MTUs (15 × $12) $180
Next 25,000 MTUs (25 × $11) $275

Overage charges are calculated only for the MTUs that exceed the 10,000 MTUs included with the monthly Team plan.
