Answer

You can view a breakdown of anonymous and identified users by source by downloading the usage data for your workspace.

  1. In your workspace, navigate to Settings > Usage & billing.
  2. Use the Usage period drop-down menu in the upper-right corner to select the reporting period you want to view.
  3. Above the MTU Over Time graph, click Download CSV.
  4. Open the downloaded CSV file.

The CSV includes a daily breakdown of anonymous and identified users by source.

The values in the CSV are cumulative daily totals, meaning the figures shown on the last day of the selected reporting period represent the total number of anonymous and identified users for that month.

Additional Information

  • The downloaded CSV provides source-level usage data only for the selected reporting period.
  • Because the values are cumulative, use the totals from the last day of the reporting period when comparing anonymous and identified users across sources.
  • This report can help identify which sources contribute the most anonymous or identified users toward your Monthly Tracked Users (MTU) usage.
