The Profile Insights view in Segment Unify provides a transparent, interactive dashboard for troubleshooting and understanding your customer profiles. It allows you to:

  • View errors and violations related to identity resolution and profile merges.
  • Filter logs by ID type, time range, or specific violation/error types.
  • Drill into individual logs for detailed information, including raw message payloads.

Navigate to Unify > Profiles Insights > Errors and Violations in the Segment app.
