Why are Segment events not showing up in StackAdapt?

Why are events that show as successfully delivered to the StackAdapt destination in the Segment Console not appearing in the StackAdapt platform?

If events are marked as successfully delivered to the StackAdapt destination in the Segment Console but do not appear in the StackAdapt platform, it indicates that Segment has sent the events to StackAdapt’s API without errors. However, Segment does not have visibility into how StackAdapt processes or ingests these events after delivery.

For further investigation, you will need to contact StackAdapt support to review their ingestion pipeline and confirm receipt and processing of the events.
