Answer

No, we cannot move your current workspace's region and data to EU but we can create a new EU workspace from scratch and link it to your account. To provision the new EU workspace, reach out to Segment Support with the following details: 

  • The preferred workspace (slug) name
  • The billing email for EU workspace
  • The first workspace owner email for the EU workspace

Note: Regional Segment is available to customers on the Business Tier plan only.
