Issue
When mapping traits for the Facebook Custom Audiences destination in Segment, users may find that some traits are not making it downstream to Facebook, even though they are using the same key as the property name such as address.city or address.state.

Cause
One reason why traits may not arrive downstream is if they are not using a supported trait key format. For example, field address.city should be mapped to city or address_city.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, ensure that the address trait keys in your trait enrichment match the key names specified in the Facebook Custom Audiences documentation. Follow these steps:
- Review the Facebook Custom Audiences documentation for the required trait key names (e.g., city, state, country, zipCode).
- Update your data mapping to use the correct key names for the missing traits.
- After updating the mapping and syncing, verify the reception of the data downstream.
