Why are my new computed trait values not appearing in the Segment Builder dropdown menu?

Answer

The Segment Audience Builder dropdown menu does not display every unique value associated with a computed or custom trait. Segment shows a subset of values from the incoming data stream.  If a recently updated value does not populate in the dropdown, this is expected behavior rather than a synchronization error.

If you do not see your specific value listed, you must manually type or paste the value directly into the field to use it in your audience definition.
