If you downgrade from a Monthly Team plan to the Free plan before the end of your billing period, you may still receive a final invoice because billing is done in arrears.

This final bill may include:

  • A prorated charge for the Monthly Team base subscription ($120), covering the portion of the billing period the Team plan was active
  • Charges for any MTUs used above the included 10,000 MTU allowance during that billing period

Downgrading to the Free plan stops future subscription charges, but does not cancel usage based charges already incurred during the billing period while on the Team plan.
