Can I select which destinations a user deletion request is sent to?

No. When a non-internal deletion request is made, Segment automatically forwards your deletion requests to all supported partner destinations connected to your workspace; there is no option to selectively target specific ones. 

Because of this, you should independently confirm that each partner successfully fulfils the request. Additionally, please note that you will need to contact any unsupported destinations separately to manage their user data deletion.
