Enabling or Editing Segment Audience Mappings and Re-sync Behavior

Will enabling or editing a mapping trigger a re-sync of my audience to the connected destinations?

Answer

Enabling or editing a mapping for a Segment audience does not automatically trigger a re-sync of your audience to the connected destination(s). Changes to the mapping will only affect events processed after the mapping is updated. If you want the current audience population to be sent to the destination, a manual re-sync is required.
