Objective
This guide explains how to enable consent preference enforcement for Unify if you are missing the Settings tab under Privacy > Consent Management in your workspace. Currently, this configuration cannot be toggled directly from the self-service user interface and requires backend activation.

Consent Management for Engage is currently in Public Beta. To request access:
Locate your Segment Workspace ID within the Segment Console.
Locate the specific Space ID of the Unify instance where you want the consent preference enforcement applied.
Reach out directly to your dedicated Twilio Segment Account Executive (AE) or account team.
Provide your AE with your Workspace ID and Space ID, and request that they submit an internal provisioning request to manually activate the Consent Management feature for your account.
