Once you configure Single Sign-On (SSO) to access multiple workspaces, your sign-in experience will vary slightly depending on how you navigate the platform:
- Switching Between Workspaces: If you are already logged in via SSO and attempt to switch to a different workspace, you will be prompted to sign in again before you can access that workspace.
- Direct Login Page Sign-In: When you visit the main Segment login page to sign in using SSO, you will only be redirected to a single workspace that is linked with your verified domain(s). This occurs because this direct login path uses Segment-initiated SSO.
