To reliably log and sync all request types to a third-party platform (outside of listed warehouses here), we recommend using Public API to fetch request statuses programmatically. The List Suppressions endpoint allows you to retrieve comprehensive ID details and statuses, which can then be forwarded directly to your specific external endpoint or third-party logging tool.
