Changing the Timezone in Flex Insights

The timezone for your Flex Insights workspace is set during the initial provisioning. To change the timezone, please submit a request to our Support Team with the following information:

Account SID: Provide your Account SID (e.g. ACxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)

Requested Timezone: Select your desired timezone from the list of tz database time zones

Processing Time

The estimated time to complete your request is 1-2 business days.
