A2P 10DLC Campaign Vetting Delays: Twilio cannot approve 10DLC Campaigns ourselves, and must rely on third parties who control our connections to carriers to sign off. These external processes are creating several week delays for our customers. We continue to escalate these issues and are working to reduce delays wherever possible. Further details will be shared in the Campaign Vetting Changes article as they become available.

Who can currently register for A2P 10DLC in the United States?

Twilio has opened up access to A2P 10DLC registration in Console for all customers. There are some limited customer categories who cannot yet complete registration.

Who cannot yet register for A2P 10DLC?

If you’re an individual or small business without a Tax ID (EIN), Sole Proprietor Brand registration will be available on April 17th. Please see New Changes to Sole Proprietor Brands FAQ for more details.

Other Limitations

Please be aware as you register that there are still limitations as Twilio rolls out A2P 10DLC. These limitations are being removed over time and you can read more about them in Current limitations of A2P 10DLC.
