Why there's no preset mapping for Page events in the Braze Cloud‑Mode (Actions) destination?

Answer

Braze treats Page calls as custom events in its event model and does not provide a dedicated Page endpoint.

If you want to send Page events to Braze, you can:

1. Create a Track Event mapping in your Braze Cloud‑Mode (Actions) destination in Segment.
2. Use a trigger condition like Event Type is Page so that only Page calls are forwarded as custom events.
3. Enter the appropriate value for the Event Name.
