Which Pendo Destination Should I Use in Twilio Segment?

There are two Pendo destinations in Twilio Segment, Pendo Destination and Pendo Web (Actions) destination. Which one should I use, and what is the recommended setup?

Answer

Both Pendo destinations available in Twilio Segment are built and maintained by the Pendo team, but the recommended option is the Pendo Web (Actions) destination. It is the newest version, supports the modern Actions framework, and provides improved flexibility and maintainability. The older Pendo destination still works, but we recommend customers to adopt the Pendo Web (Actions) destination for new implementations.
