If I block events using Segment Protocols, will those events still count toward my MTU (Monthly Tracked Users) billing?

Answer

No. Events that are blocked through a Tracking Plan or Source Schema do not count toward your MTU usage. These events are stopped before they enter Segment’s processing pipeline, so they are excluded from both API call counts and MTU calculations.
