No, the Google Tag Manager (GTM) destination does not support Google Tag Gateway. If you need to use Google’s Tag Gateway setup, Segment’s GA4 Web destination supports this feature, but the GTM destination does not. You can use the GA4 Web destination instead if your implementation requires Gateway support.
