Why are Delivery Overview and Event Delivery metrics unavailable for my destination?

Answer
The Delivery Overview and Event Delivery features are only available for server-side integrations (also known as cloud-mode destinations).
If your destination is a client-side integration (also known as a device-mode destination), these tools won’t be available because device-mode data is sent directly to the destination’s SDK on the client side. To report on deliverability, data must be sent through a server-side connection.
