Answer

You can set up a Reverse ETL source to extract data from your warehouse and connect it to the Segment Profiles destination. This allows you to send your warehouse data back to Segment to create and update Profiles, which can then be accessed through the Profile API and activated within Twilio Engage.

Note: The Segment Profiles destination only supports connections from Reverse ETL warehouse sources, HubSpot, and Salesforce, and is not compatible with other sources.
