Can I send server-side events using the Klaviyo Classic destination?

Answer

Server-side integration for the Klaviyo Classic destination was deprecated on June 30th, 2024. This means it now only supports web device-mode connections. You can still connect it to your JavaScript source to send client-side events, but for sending server-side events, you should use the Klaviyo (Actions) destination.
