How do I change my workspace's plan?

You can change your workspace's plan by heading to Settings > Usage & Billing > Plans.

We offer a 2-week trial on the Team plan during which you can cancel or downgrade your plan without any charges. If you're already on our Business Plan and would like to discuss your options, reach out to your Account Executive or Segment Support.

If you downgrade to a Free plan before the end of your official billing period on the monthly Team plan, you'll receive a final bill for the prorated amount for the $120 base + a charge for any MTUs you've used over the allotted 10,000 at the rates posted on the pricing page.
