Answer

Create a ticket with the Customer Success Team (friends@segment.com) to erase all data from your source. Please include the following information in your email: 

  • Your workplace slug.
  • The source from which you’d like to delete data.
  • The time frame for the data you’d like to delete.

Source-level deletions can only be scoped to one day in granularity because of how Segment maintains data internally. Smaller time frames are not supported for deletion requests. 

This process will delete your data from Segment's internal archives only and not the source or data storage providers. You may contact the source directly to inquire about their deletion practices.
