Procedure
To request access to the Flex Insights API, a support ticket must be created with our Flex Insights API Support Team and the following details must be provided:
- Account SID
- A valid email address (The Flex Insights API Invite will be sent to this email address)
- Account owner approval:
- The account owner can provide his/her approval by leaving a comment on the support ticket, or by attaching an email/screenshot that indicates his/her approval of the Flex Insights API access request.
