Procedure
To configure the NICE Workforce Management Integration in Flex:
- Access Flex as an Admin user.
- From the Twilio Console, select Flex > Launch Flex. The Admin page appears.
- Under Integrations, select Configure.
- On the NICE configuration card, select Configure.
- Under Configuration, edit the URL and click Apply.
- Under Status, use the toggle to enable the Real-Time Feed.

Prerequisites
- You must upgrade your Flex project and select a paid pricing plan.
- This allows you to enable Flex Insights. For more information, see Getting Started with Flex Insights.
- You must have a NICE Workforce Management account.
- You must contact Twilio Support to help enable the remaining parts of the integration.
- RTA Feed: Enable access to the NICE Integration tile, so that it is available within the Flex → Admin → Integrations page mentioned below.
- Flex Insights historical reports:
- Enabling access for the NICE integration user (an email address created by you - work with your NICE representative for more details).
- Enabling the NICE integration reports to your Flex Insights environment.
