Flex Legacy SSOv1 End-of-Life Extension

Overview

To ensure you have adequate time to complete required UI upgrades and experience a smoother transition, Twilio is extending the end-of-life (EOL) date for Flex Legacy SSOv1 to January 15, 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does this mean for you?

After January 15, 2026, logins using legacy SSOv1 will be disabled. Users on accounts that have not migrated to the new, enhanced SSO may lose the ability to log in to Flex.

What should you do next?

Although this extension provides extra time, we strongly recommend prioritizing your migration to Enhanced SSO and upgrading your Flex UI. Legacy SSO and Flex UI versions prior to 2.7.x do not include the latest security updates, performance enhancements, or new features. Continuing to use outdated versions increases security risks and limits your access to new capabilities.
