A2P 10DLC Campaign Vetting Delays: Twilio cannot approve 10DLC Campaigns ourselves, and must rely on third parties who control our connections to carriers to sign off. These external processes are creating several week delays for our customers. We continue to escalate these issues and are working to reduce delays wherever possible. Further details will be shared in the Campaign Vetting Changes article as they become available.

Twilio Flex Web Browser Requirements

Agent / Supervisor / Admin UI

The Twilio Flex UI experience for Agents, Supervisors, and Admins is currently supported on Google's Chrome desktop browser (Agent, Supervisor and Admin) or Microsoft Edge(Agent Desktop only). See the Microsoft Edge and Flex UI FAQ for more details. Other WebRTC compatible desktop browsers (Firefox, Safari, etc) have not been fully tested, so we cannot guarantee full compatibility.

Webchat UI

The Twilio Flex Webchat UI experience is supported on all modern browsers that support JavaScript.

Mobile

Flex has not been tested on mobile browsers including Safari and Chrome on iOS and Chrome on Android, and thus we cannot guarantee full compatibility.
