A2P 10DLC Campaign Vetting Delays: Twilio cannot approve 10DLC Campaigns ourselves, and must rely on third parties who control our connections to carriers to sign off. These external processes are creating several week delays for our customers. We continue to escalate these issues and are working to reduce delays wherever possible. Further details will be shared in the Campaign Vetting Changes article as they become available.

Viewing short code approval progress from carriers

Twilio's carrier monitoring status tool is currently undergoing revisions and upgrades. Until we are able to complete these changes you will, unfortunately, be unable to view individual carrier approvals from within the Twilio console. If you would like detailed insight into which carriers have approved your short code so far please send a request to shortcodes@twilio.com and we will be happy to assist.

If your short code is currently under review by carriers, you can check on its current approval status by going here.

From this page, you can view your short code's current carrier approval status:

Note: the statuses shown represent only the SMS approval status for US, Canada, and UK short codes. For MMS approval status, please contact your account manager.
