SMS requests do not match the quantity logged in the Usage section

Sometimes you may find that the quantity of the SMS messages logged in the Usage section is higher than the SMS requests found in the Messaging log. This can happen when you are sending concatenated messages. Longer messages show up as one message in the SMS log, but for billing purposes, the quantity listed in the Usage page reflects the number of segments required to send the message.
