What Are Geographic Permissions and Why do They Exist?

Geographic permissions, exist to help you protect your application from fraud and abuse, or simply avoid unexpectedly high costs for voice or messaging usage. Geo-Permissions settings allow you to disable numbers from certain countries from receiving voice calls or SMS messages from your Twilio account.

Voice Geo-Permissions

Voice Geo-Permissions (or International Voice Dialing Geographic Permissions), are controlled for your project in Console via the Voice Geo Permissions page.
